Amazon picks up Tell Me Your Secrets, which TNT scrapped after it was filmed in 2018

The psychological thriller, previously known as Deadlier Than the Male, was originally picked up to series nearly three years ago in February 2018 in the wake of Big Little Lies' success. The entire first season was filmed in late 2018 and was never aired because it was deemed to be not "right" for TNT. Created by Harriet Warner and starring Lily Rabe, Amy Brenneman, Hamish Linklater and Enrique Murciano, Tell Me Your Secrets' 10 episodes will see the light of day on Amazon with an expected premiere in 2021. According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Tell Me Your Secrets centers on three characters, each with a mysterious and troubling past: Emma (Rabe), who once looked into the eyes of a killer; John (Linklater), a former serial predator looking for redemption; and Mary (Brenneman), a woman obsessed with finding her missing daughter. Murciano plays Peter, a therapist with seemingly good intentions."
