The NBC crime dramedy was the No. 1 streaming show for the week of Feb. 15 through 21. Season 4 of Good Girls premiered on NBC on March 7, which likely drove interest in past seasons on Netflix. Why isn't Good Girls streaming on Peacock? Because NBC Universal struck a deal to make Netflix Good Girls' streaming home way back in 2017, long before Peacock was conceived.
