Is weed allowed in The Bachelor mansion?

One contestant looked high during last week's season premiere, but Warner Bros. TV, which handles production of The Bachelor, wouldn't say if marijuana is allowed in the house. Former contestants also wouldn't say, but an ex-producer said that it's unlikely since marijuana is banned by the federal government.
