Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur is coming to Disney Channel

Laurence Fishburne is producing the animated series revolving around Lunella Lafayette, aka Moon Girl, a 13-year-old black female super-genius superhero, and her 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur. The character first appeared in January 2016. Moon Girl's main power is her super intellect. “As an avid comic book fan, I am thrilled to be involved with Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur,'" said Fishburne. “Disney Channel is the perfect platform to explore this pint-sized female African American superhero and I can’t wait for their audience to enjoy the lighthearted adventures of Lunella and Devil Dinosaur.”
