Netflix to go inside Bill Gates' brain for three-part docuseries

Davis Guggenheim, whose 2006 global warming film An Inconvenient Truth won the Oscar for best documentary, will helm Inside Bill’s Brain: Decoding Bill Gates. Premiering Sept. 20, the three-part docuseries will explore the mind of the tech visionary, business leader and philanthropist. Netflix says the film “offers unprecedented access to Gates as he pursues unique solutions to some of the world’s most complex problems with the same level of optimism, curiosity, and fervor that inspired his original vision for Microsoft." Guggenheim not only interviewed Bill and Melinda Gates, but their family, friends and partners in philanthropy and business.
