The Cosby Show producer sues BBC for using too many clips in a Bill Cosby documentary

The Carsey-Werner Company accused the BBC of using too much copyrighted material in Bill Cosby: Fall of an American Icon, which was first broadcast last June. According to the lawsuit, The Cosby Show footage used in the documentary amounted to 234 seconds, or 6.5% of the total running time.
