What it's like for RuPaul's Drag Race contestants to learn they're competing on the show

EW spoke to all of this season's contestants to find out how they landed on the VH1 reality show.  “I was in my car on the way to WalMart to go pick up some things, and I was like, ‘Why is this bill collector calling me? Gurl, I don’t owe nobody no money!’” joked Widow Von'Du. “I answered like, ‘We don’t accept solicitors here!’ And they were like, ‘Is this Widow Von’Du?’ And I realized that bill collectors don’t call me by that name. I swear, I pulled over and nearly crashed my car.”
