Windy City Rehab's Donovan Eckhardt sues, claiming the Season 2 editing made him look like a "villain"

Eckhardt filed a lawsuit against HGTV's parent company Discovery Inc. and Big Table Media, Windy City Rehab's production company, claiming the show was scripted and edited to make him look like the bad guy and his co-star, Alison Victoria, the victim. Victoria is not named in the lawsuit. As People notes, Eckhardt departed the show in the middle of season 2 after a falling out with Victoria over their projects' finances that played out on screen.
