    Netflix is kicking off the July 4th holiday weekend with a bang as it drops the TV event of the summer: the two super-sized final episodes of Stranger Things Season 4, Volume 2. Also this weekend: Amazon attempts to take a bite out of Stranger Things’ dominance with The Terminal List, an action thriller starring Chris Pratt, Joey King headlines The Princess, the USFL crowns a champion, and more. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy this holiday weekend:

    FRIDAY JULY 1

    Stranger Things: Season 4, Volume 2. The teens of Hawkins come face-to-face with Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower) as they attempt to finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down. Series star (and noted spoiler) Noah Schnapp revealed there are “some deaths coming” in the two movie-length episodes, as well as intense “gore.” Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    The Terminal List: Complete first season. After his entire platoon of Navy SEALS is ambushed, James Reece (Chris Pratt) returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. As he investigates the incident, he uncovers dark forces working against him, endangering his life and the lives of his loved ones. Read our review. Streaming on Amazon Prime Video

    The Princess: Original film. Joey King stars as a strong-willed princess who refuses to wed the cruel sociopath (Dominic Cooper) to whom she’s betrothed in this genre-bending fairytale turned action flick. With her vindictive suitor intent on taking her father’s throne, the princess must protect her family and save the kingdom. Watch trailer. Streaming on Hulu

    For All Mankind: New episode. With all three missions heading for Mars, a showdown on the Red Planet looms. Streaming on Apple TV+

    The Boys: New episode. As Homelander (Anthony Starr) escalates his feud with Starlight (Erin Moriarty), Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles) continues to wreak havoc and kill more heroes. Streaming on Prime Video

    Loot: New episode. Molly’s (Maya Rudolph) bond with Sofia (Michaela Jaé Rodriguez) continues to deepen as the billionaire invests more time in her nonprofit. Streaming on Apple TV+

    Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making Of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: Special presentation. Streaming on Disney+

    The Bad Guys: Streaming premiere. Five notorious criminals face their most challenging con yet — becoming model citizens — in DreamWorks' animated children's movie, which arrives on Peacock after premiering in theaters in April. The film features voice work from Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Awkwafina, and Craig Robinson. Watch trailer. Streaming on Peacock

    Dynasty: New episode. As Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) and Blake (Grant Show) come up with a plan to beat Ben (guest star Brett Tucker), Dominique (Michael Michele) works hard to keep herself out of the family drama, no matter how much Ben tries to drag her into it.     SATURDAY JULY 2

    Jailbreak Lovers: TV movie. Toby (Catherine Bell) is a consummate rule follower, but when she falls for a convicted murderer (Tom Stevens), they hatch a plan to break him out of prison by smuggling him out in a dog crate, sparking a federal manhunt. 8:00 PM ET on Lifetime

    WWE Special: Money in the Bank: Special presentation. Raw and SmackDown wrestlers gather at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas for WWE’s 13th annual event. Key matches include Ronda Rousey vs. Natalya in the SmackDown Women’s Championship and Theory vs. Bobby Lashley in the United States Championships. 8:00 PM ET on Peacock

    Transplant: New episode. Bash (Hamza Haq) invites Rania (Nora Guerch) to Amira’s dance recital. Meanwhile, June (Ayisha Issa) confronts Dr. Bishop (John Hannah) about her role in the department, and Theo (Jim Watson) treats a teen with a rare presentation of ADHD and gets a surprise visit from his father. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

    Major League Baseball: Baseball Night in America offers two different games, both at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT on FOX:

    • Boston Red Sox at Chicago Cubs
    • San Diego Padres at Los Angeles Dodgers

    SUNDAY JULY 3

    U.S. Football League Championship: The USFL’s inaugural season comes to a close as the Birmingham Stallions and Phildelphia Stars meet at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio. Coverage begins at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT, with kickoff scheduled for 7:30 PM ET/4:30 PM PT on FOX

    We Hunt Together: Season 2 premiere. When a mystery killer with ties to Freddy Lane (Hermione Corfield) strikes, DI Jackson Mendy (Babou Ceesay) and DS Lola Franks (Eve Myles) hope to nail their nemesis once and for all, but the murderous game has only just begun. Two episodes of the cat-and-mouse thriller air tonight. Watch trailer. 7:30 PM ET on Showtime

    The Man Who Fell to Earth: Season 1 finale. Showtime’s sci-fi drama finally reveals its secrets, only to raise even deeper mysteries. The Chiwetel Ejiofor-starring series has yet to be renewed for a second season. Watch preview. 10:00 PM ET on Showtime

    Ukraine: Answering the Call: Special presentation. Kristen Bell, Brandi Carlile, Alicia Keys, and Jeff Daniels are among the stars teaming up to encourage viewers to raise funds for those displaced by the war in Ukraine in NBC's one-hour special. The event will also feature an address from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. 7:00 PM ET on NBC

    Becoming Elizabeth: New episode. Having been sent away from Catherine (Jessica Raine) and Thomas’ (Tom Cullen) household, Elizabeth (Alicia von Rittberg) is amongst strangers in the house of Kat’s (Alexandra Gilbreath) brother-in-law, where she's terrified of anyone finding out her secrets from Chelsea Place.     Dark Winds: New episode. As Leaphorn (Zahn McClarnon) begins to suspect each of the crimes on the reservation are related, he learns of a big break in the case. Meanwhile, Manuelito (Jessica Matten) makes a discovery of her own. 9:00 PM ET on AMC

    Westworld: New episode. James Marsden returns to the mind-bending sci-fi fantasy four years after his character died in the Season 2 finale. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on HBO

    Who Is Ghislaine Maxwell? New episode. Starz continues to explore Ghislaine Maxwell’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and their involvement in child sex trafficking in the second episode of its three-part series. 9:00 PM ET on Starz
