    It's an all-star weekend in more ways than one, with the debut of FOX's new animated comedy Duncanville leading the way, with a voice cast that doubles as a virtual who's who of TV comedy. Meanwhile, the NBA All-Star Weekend continues, culminating in Sunday Night's 69th Annual All-Star Game. Other highlights include a groundbreaking new TV movie on Freeform, Outlander's Season 5 premiere, and the start of American Idol's third season on ABC. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this weekend:

    SATURDAY FEBRUARY 15

    MADE FOR TV MOVIE: Freeform offers up a late Valentine's surprise with its first gay romantic comedy. In The Thing About Harry, Sam (Grey's Anatomy's Jake Borelli) and his former high school bully Harry (Niko Terho) take a road trip to a mutual friend's Valentine's Day engagement party, and discover that they have much more in common than they thought.     NBA BASKETBALL: All-Star Weekend hops networks to TNT with All-Star Saturday Night, featuring the Skills Challenge, the Three Point Contest and the Slam Dunk, starting at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT on TNT

    NHL HOCKEY: NBC airs tonight's primetime matchup, pitting The Colorado Avalanche vs. The LA Kings live from U.S. Air Force Academy Falcon Stadium in Colorado Springs. 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT on NBC

    NEW EPISODE: Returning from winter break, Counting On adds yet another Duggar as John and Abbie are set to become first time parents. 10:00 PM ET on TLC

    SEASON PREMIERE: True crime podcaster Payne Lindsey returns to TV for the second season of Up and Vanished. In tonight's opener, the show turns the spotlight on the unsolved 1995 disappearance of TV news anchor Jodi Huisentruit. Watch the preview. 7:00 PM ET on Oxygen

    MADE FOR TV MOVIE: Erin Cahill (Saving Grace) stars as a small town baker who is invited to compete in a big time New York Valentine's Day baking competition in The Secret Ingredient. Once there, she unexpectedly crosses paths with her former fiancé (played by BH90210's Brendan Penny). 9:00 PM ET on Hallmark Channel

    MADE FOR TV MOVIE: In Lifetime's You Can't Take My Daughter, Lyndsy Fonseca stars as Amy Thompson, a young law-school graduate who goes to court to prevent her rapist from gaining legal custody of her daughter. Kirstie Alley costars. 8:00 PM ET on Lifetime

    SUNDAY FEBRUARY 16

    SERIES PREMIERE: FOX's new animated comedy Duncanville follows teenager Duncan Harris (voiced by Amy Poehler), his mother Annie (also Poehler), and the friends and family who surround them. Watch the preview. 8:30 PM ET on Fox
